K69 is in the town of Kapar, Klang, on the outskirts of Selangor, and can be found within 20 minutes' drive via the Selat Klang Highway.

Just less than 25 minutes drive, there are Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital, Pantai Hospital, and Columbia Asia Hospital around.

For families, there are a number of well-regarded schools in the area around K69 at Kapar, including SJK(C) Pin Hwa 2 Hall Rental, SK Rantau Panjang, Sekolah Menengah Islam Hira' & Maahad Tahfiz Al-Quran Hira' and SMK Sungai Kapar Indah. Higher education is within easy reach, too, with UiTM Puncak Perdana Campus only just over 20km away from K69.
