EPF Withdrawal Procedure

Withdrawal Guidelines

Eligible EPF members may use savings from Account 2 to help finance the purchase of a home. This option can reduce the financial burden of homeownership while allowing members to plan for their long-term retirement needs. Refer to the official EPF website for the latest housing withdrawal guidelines.

Required Forms and Documents

Applications generally require the following:

  • Form KWSP 9P (AHL) and the relevant document checklist
  • A Sale and Purchase Agreement dated within three years of the application
  • A bank passbook or bank statement for account verification
  • Identification documents for non-MyKad holders, together with the originals for verification
  • Form KWSP 3 (Pindaan) for postal applications or unsuccessful thumbprint verification

Document Certification

Ensure that all supporting documents are certified by authorised officers where required. Applicants should also refer to EPF’s official list of panel banks and approved business partners.

Payment and Submission

Check the official list of EPF panel banks that support direct crediting into members’ savings or current accounts. Completed applications may be submitted at the nearest EPF branch or sent by mail.

For the latest requirements, forms, approved banks, and submission procedures, please refer to the official EPF website.
